We take Service very seriously at Deco AV. We provide 24 hour Emergency Service 365 Days a Year. You decide what is an Emergency. If you need us, we will be there. Our fleet vehicles are stocked with spare parts and are manned with trained and certified technicians to service and maintain your systems. Our friendly dispatch personnel will guide you through placing a service request.

We are pleased to provide customers with our Deco AV maintenance agreements. With a maintenance agreement, you will receive:

• Prioritized Routing of Service Calls
• Free Loaner Equipment and Advance Replacements when available
• Free Software upgrades and maintenance
• Quarterly inspections
• Emergency service priority
